Bob Double Stroller

Has anyone tried to skip hop diaper bag? Only 29.99 target. I hear it's great. Is this clip of a double stroller Bob? Bob is twice or too wide? What is the best diaper bag for that?

It worked for me. Bob and I have dual spark diaper bag from Target. The diaper bag does not fit all the way through the double Bob (the skip hop double bag does), but it works very well yet. LOVE the spark bag, especially for the price.
