Caesar Millan

Caesar MillanCesar millan???

What do you think of his methods of dog training????
Do you think he really understands dogs??

From what I see I think hes almost magical, but what do you think??

I think it has really great advice, and much experience .. and I think someone of his time there is finally tell everyone to spend time and exercise with your pet not only kepp chained in the yard, and that dogs are dogs. nonhuman animals .....

want to hear a funny? Recently I was working with a German shepherd, and my laboratory. made to bring packages with weights for exersise, and led by a lady and shouted: "thats cruelty to animals you dumb BITC *" haha, is it better to leave them chained in a yard?? Flag

just treat dogs like dogs
not humans
and understand the pack mentality

I think he is talented and he knows what he does.

I only wish he would come to Florida because my dog is crazy and molesting visitors and broke the glass doors on two occasions!

I think it is pretty amazing. I agree with magic. Every time I look and I see a dog in a really bad and I think the way it will ever change / help him and somehow, it does almost instantly! I would have what he has done.

absolutely, I have his book .. his methods have worked wonders on my 2 dogs

great actor, Oscar material! Oh, you mean since the real training of dogs, sorry ... Well, no! He has learned a thing or two he kept repeating it and think that all dogs will be trained this way, simply because he has said. It does not work like that in real life. If you've seen his show once, you've seen all!

Hes a good behaviorist. It is not cruel, because it does not hit the dogs and when they do move, it is not hard. Another thing is, you do not think you want your dog to be bitten a few times, or it will attack someone?

It is quite logical the way it trains dogs. It's having to turn around your understanding and thinking like a dog instead of a human being. I learn new things every time I watch it. His methods may seem cruel, but its the way a pack leader might react to a member of his pack fickle anyway. I would say that it is less cruel than anti-bark collars and declawing and cutting their vocal cords, when dogs bark too much or jump and claw their owners.

Anyone who fights an evil, out of control, unpredictable vicious dog on the ground can get a medal on me! And then they sit and do what he says!
It is amazing. I have not seen an occasion where it has not worked yet.
Nice one Cesar. Think it's fantastic.

It's the thing about Millan. Take a look at the situation it puts the dogs - it requires them to "cope with" their fears. This method has no meaning to a dog, and it allows the dog to the right. Thus, the dog stops. Or becomes more aggressive!
What we are positive trainers do is work with what it is exactly the original anger against the dog. Then we gradually desensitize the dog and enough with this thing using reinforcement. * * We do not reward him for being timid or aggressive - instead, we allow the dog to overcome his fears without ever having to jump or become aggressive.
Millan punishes and penalizes the dogs leave. There is no regard to the teachings of modern science. What kind of relationship with your dog after using these techniques of intimidation?
I welcome intelligent discussion on this topic. This is a subject in question!
