Cheap Formal Dresses

I know debshops Gojan and has some, but what are some websites cheap, long, straight gowns? For a formal winter if I do not want something too effeminate because that's what girls usually wear to the ball here. When I say good I mean about $ 100 or less. Thank you!

ummm iv seen some good and cheep overstalk.com JCP & B4 (I have mine in a thrift store for nine dollars tho!) lol and its gorgous! i like it way better than the $ 300 last year, I bot! lol so if you live in one city rather thk u should at least give it a try cuz they have really nice stuff sometimes lol
