Hong Kong Buffet

I love him and want to try to do at home. This is not the Thai version or version almond chicken. It has a nice thick sauce of peanut butter. Any ideas or suggestions?

I think what you are talking about is the Sate chicken, chunks of chicken grilled on a skewer with a sauce made of peanut butter, yes? I used the following recipe from the Food Network and it's wonderful. You can also find sometimes find prepared Sate (sometimes spelled "satay) sauce on the market for the Asian section. Enjoy!

I think you can buy peanut butter sauce in most grocery stores, I love the peanut chicken too, it is great.
