What is the correct color space for the kitchen corner /? our kitchen / family room and a little tie together ... we island green marble with a deep dark green color that our military carpet in the corner ... so that the carpet and the game Island
we also have dark wood floors ... the family room sofas are brown on the side
soo what 3 colors for each room would look good?
I think the colors to three.
Thank you soo much.
I would say that one of the most dignified and modern, but not too extravagant color is light lemon yellow, ivory, beige and champagne (the color). Yes, you are right, the color should be more light.
Wish you good luck.
Good day!
I like a bright yellow on one of my kitchen walls - reminds me of sun and sort of "wake up" the morning.
The adjacent walls are much lighter, neutral beige to yellow the sun, and to relieve eyes that color very strong.
I think three different shades of yellow can look very good relations with green and brown, and insist on the corner, perhaps the strongest shade of yellow should go with the other walls a lighter shade. Sticking to the yellow-General will melt and flow together.
Other color choices are green (there is already too green), blue (will not match with green or brown), red (too busy / noise).
You can get paper samples of paint colors for free in most stores that sell paint.
I have often taken a bit of color generally had decided to take them home and get a "sense" of what they will look when held against the wall.
Beware, the small piece of paper will not be as intense as the entire wall painted this way. If in doubt, go conservative on the lighter side.
I must say, stay away from more green space.
Probably neutral colors like white, eggshell, beige.
You do not want to add lots of color that may conflict with the greens and browns.
Check Sherman Williams, or another specialty store paint, they paint sample cans. you can paint on board to organize and see what the piece will look like this particular color.
I'm sure it will look good no matter what you decide.
Good luck.
I painted my kitchen dark golden. Its more brown than yellow. (A bit like a dark honey mustard color) It is very similar to our dark wood trim and cabinets.
I think the ivory, beige and mint green Coulours be nice. relief sounds like a good idea that you have dark features is
"Cream" would be superb! So it would be in the dark wood floors, green tile and carpet and "cream" colored walls.
You would like to congratulate the green with something sweet. I have three different palettes according to your taste. I thought something like a beige soft gold: Sherwin Williams # 6119 Antique White for the ceiling and probable # 6120 Buff (kitchen /) & # 6121 Whole Wheat (of life) for the walls. If you want more gold try # 6126 Navajo White for the ceiling and # 6127 Ivory (kitchen /) & # 6128 Blonde (live) for the walls. Finally, if you prefer more nuetral palette, try # 6140 Moderate white ceiling and # 6141 Softer Tan (kitchen /) & # 6142 Macadamia (living) for the walls.
The key to a more updated look sophistidated is to use colors off the same range when making the rooms that are open to each other. By the darkest of three colors of life, this room will feel more comfortable. The lightest color should be used on the ceiling keep the room feel too closed in. Also, I would not be afraid of a little more color in these areas. As long as you keep warm color (gold, beige, beige), it will the room appear warm, cozy and again, comfortable. In the kitchen, you want to make sure you.
