Your local Goodwill or the Army Hi. Many of them even have a pick up service. Also check the yellow pages for animal shelters, homeless shelters, or domestic violence shelters. It is possible that they would like the gift.

give it to someone who would like or that someone will not! (The less fortunate people) In this way, you feel good inside. (Personally, I would not mind a sofa used)

sell it on eBay
lead Nebraska (Valentine) and leave school

Put the edge and place a sign on the "FOR SALE $ 50.00. Leave overnight and it will be gone the next morning. This works for almost everything you want to get rid of old ... appliances, tires, etc. Thieves can not resist.

You also might want to put the curb on trash day. There are people who follow the road through the ward trash in search of "valuable" trash scavange and they can sell on flea markets, etc.
