Norfolk Oak

Norfolk OakWhat are some apartment complexes in Nice in VA Beach?

My husband is deployed right now and I need to find a new apartment in July. Our last place was by far not the best (The Oaks in Norfolk), we lived in a bad neighborhood and I do not want the same thing happen! We would like to live in Virginia Beach, I think it is much nicer than Norfolk. Any please help!

How much do you pay? I am a native of Virginia Beach, my husband is in the Air Force, we are currently in Tucson. Anyway, I grew up there but never lived in an apartment. It is quite expensive in Virginia Beach, so if you have money, look around the beach complex. Look around Norfolk Ave, but stay away from Birdneck Rd The apartments tend to be Birdneck kind of trash. Most of Norfolk Ave are nice but will cost you. Near the hill area is nice, but expensive. If you have less money, the Indian Lakes area is pleasant, around the Indian River and Kempsville Rd is a beautiful area, I grew up there. It is not as expensive as the beach and is close to 64. Stay away from Green Run area, it is one of the most disadvantaged regions in Virginia Beach. In addition, anywhere near Newtown Rd is a kind of evil. Its cheaper, but then you found near Norfolk at this point.

Well, that's all I see for now, sorry I could not be more precise, as I said, I've never lived in an apartment, I only know the region. I'm sure I think more and add later. If you have a question, send me an email. I lived in Virginia Beach in 25 years of my 27 years of life =)

UR search ends here .. http://wikimapia.org

You will find a list of general apartment websites like apartmentfinder.com, move.com, forrent.com, rent.com and similar sites. The next great idea (after getting off to those who offer what you want for the price you want to pay) you can check the rating of sites / journal as apartmentratings.com where residents can bring old whole truth there for future tenants. This site helps you find and evaluate the neighborhoods on everything from average crime rate, it is http://www.policymap.com/map this is not the most user friendly site but once you understand how to use it, it is great. Zoom in the district / region, then use the selections below the tabs to take account of certain information. Good luck, happy to rent.
