Printer Monitor

Printer MonitorHow important is to calibrate your printer and monitor for photo printing?

Ive seen cheap monitor and printer calibration for about 400 pounds, I think to buy a printer of good cheer for A3 print photos, but I have to spend even more accurate color?

I can not speak much of calibrating the printer, I can not afford a printer that would give the production that meets my needs, but the calibration of the monitor is absolutely essential. If you have a properly calibrated monitor, the image you see on your screen is what you get (assuming proper calibration of the printer, of course). If your monitor is not calibrated correctly, the picture that looks perfect on your screen will be different in print or on another monitor. Your best bet in choosing a calibrator is to research, research, research. Read all comments online, you can get your hands on, ask professionals in your area, see the photo magazines. There calibration on the market that are relatively inexpensive yet do a good job.

It is very important to calibrate your monitor! If you are serious about the quality of photos printed read some forums related photo.
