Quinceanera

QuinceaneraQuinceanera?

I'm lost. My mother never had a quince, so she could not really give me advice.

Any ideas that I could do for my Quinceanera far as themes go?

All I know is I'm having a full court (15 pairs), but I do not know what styles of dance to do. All I know is I want to be sure to make a salsa and / or Bachata.

And I do not want to have a very fancy Quince, more Americanization, semi-relaxed and Hip-Hop Reggaeton kind of atmosphere, with the dress for guests.

Advice?

The most important part of the Quinceaa±era is the presentation to the public by parents that their little girl coming of age, then the presentation quinceaa±eras ...
If you have a yard full, you can start in the traditional dance music and turn up (this remix) in salsa and make a great dance for everyone ... try getting a salsa dance teacher to teach you and your court dance styles so that everyone can easily get the routine, or perhaps any organization expects a routine .. try to watch movies like; take the lead, Dirty Dancing, High School Musical, hairspray, the thriller video and others like it, so you can have an idea of form and you'll wow factor need for this special day .. .

You'll need two dresses one for the church and before the presentation and one for the wow factor of the dance and the rest of the nite ...

This moment in time will make the difference for guests and family that you're not a little girl ...

have fun ... hopes this helps a little ....

Girl, let me tell you, get all the information you can from the site useful. www.quinceaneraparties.org has good articles and resources. Report Abuse

Whatever you do, do it with dignity and respect for your parents and as a representative of your family. Too many young people choose to parade themselves as celebrity wanna-bes and try to impress their guests with outrageous behavior (sexually suggestive dancing, held shameless) when they win a lot more respect and admiration that People drive like sophisticated and mature. I'm sure you agree! Have a great party!

I like what they say here. My advice is do not abandon all tradition. Do not make too American.
Get a camera and VideoCAM!

Enjoy
